Your onboarding includes three dedicated one-on-one calls with our team:
2. Technical Setup Call (60 minutes)
This session is focused on the technical foundation of your account. During this call, our team will:
Review your account configuration and system settings
Verify that all integrations are connected and functioning correctly
Confirm domain, email, calendar, and communication setups (where applicable)
Identify and collect any missing information required to complete the setup
Address technical questions or blockers that could impact performance
The goal of this call is to ensure your platform is technically sound and ready before moving into training and AI employee activation.
3. Platform Training Call – Relizon BGM (60 minutes)
This call is dedicated to hands-on training on the Relizon platform and its core features. During this session, you will learn how to:
Navigate the Relizon dashboard and account structure
Manage contacts, conversations, pipelines, and calendars
Use automations, workflows, and reporting tools
Understand key features and best practices for daily use
Optimize your processes using the full Relizon feature set
This session ensures you feel confident and self-sufficient using the platform.
4. AI Implementation & Activation Call (60 minutes)
The final call focuses on activating and configuring your AI employees so they work specifically for your business. During this call, we will:
Activate and configure your AI solutions, including:
Voice AI Receptionist
AI Concierge
Review AI Manager
Customize AI behavior, logic, and responses based on your business needs
Review call handling, messaging flows, and escalation rules
